Care Services Specialist - Admissions

Responsible for day-to-day operations including answering phones, coordinating the intake, referral and admission scheduling.  Excellent computer skills and 1-3 years experience in telephone sales or customer service field required.  Flexibility required to work outside the office traveling to patient homes or hospitals.

Fort Myers Office: #283 - (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7am-6pm),  #1103 - (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7am-6pm)

Central Supply Assistant

Maintains inventory of medical supplies.  2 years office experience including comuter experience and 1 year experience in health care setting with knowledge of patient care supplies.  Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsible for day-to-day technical support.  Responds to PC, Laptop, and Peripheral support requests.  Tech school graduate & 4 plus years of PC support in 2nd level support role experience required.  AA and above preferred.  MCSE, CCNA, CNE a plus.  M-F - Days plus on call rotation.

Master's degree - Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy and be licensure eligible required.  One year healthcare experience required.  LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.  Computer skills and experience required.  Monday thru Friday - Days with some early evenings and weekends.
