Welcome to Hope Hospice

Hope Hospice is a patient and family support service that keeps the patient comfortable, teaches the family to provide care, and offers emotional, spiritual support.

Hope Hospice is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3)-status community-based health care program serving Lee, Hendry, Glades, Highlands, Hardee and Polk counties.

Hope has received a number of major national awards for quality over the years, although our real focus is on caring for each individual, with their own needs and preferences, rather than “patients.” We honor and respect each person’s own decisions.
