Hope Volunteers
For each hour Hope Volunteers give of their time, precious moments are celebrated by someone in our care – a moment of comfort, a moment of joy, or a moment of reflection. By interacting with families in our care, helping to raise awareness about our services or supporting staff – Hope Volunteers make a difference in the lives of others everyday. They are the “Heart of Hope.”

Everyone 14 years of age or older with a caring heart and time to share can become a Hope Volunteer. People from all walks of life and with varied interests lend their life experiences to help our organization and the families in our care. Hope encourages individuals who have lost a loved one to wait at least one year before volunteering.
Student Volunteers
Hope’s Student Volunteer Program provides an opportunity for teens and young adults to connect with different generations. High school and college students may volunteer individually or as part of an organization or group. Hope welcomes service clubs, school groups and religious youth groups. Our program will help students to meet requirements for graduation and/or community service hours while working within school schedules.
